A bit more about me.
I help leaders operationalize big ideas into meaningful results.
I spent 20+ years in progressive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Warner Bros. and WarnerMedia, where I managed $76M budgets across 18 countries, led global digital transformations, and guided teams through corporate restructuring and hyper-growth. I learned what it takes to scale operations, navigate complexity, and deliver results under pressure.
I loved the scale of the corporate world, but I was missing a greater sense of purpose. In 2018, I combined my passion to improve the world with my business experience, and transitioned into social impact work with multiple organizations including Conscious Capitalism, Vital Voices Global Partnership, and Fair Trade USA. I learned firsthand what mission-driven leaders face: proving business viability while staying true to mission, navigating resource constraints, and sustaining energy when progress feels heavy but the work feels urgent.
That's when I realized I could expand my impact through coaching—helping multiple leaders design new systems, build businesses, and launch initiatives that create positive change, rather than leading just one effort myself.
I created Courageous Results to help leaders who are committed to making a positive impact through their work—and to support you in doing it in a way that's sustainable for you and your team.
Now I partner with executives, founders, and leaders who refuse to accept the status quo and are doing the courageous work of building something meaningful. I bring operational expertise, strategic thinking, and accountability to our partnership to support what's most important to you. Mostly I do this through executive and business coaching, but I also serve as a fractional executive when there is a good match.
