A bit more about me.

I help leaders turn big ideas into meaningful results.

I spent 20+ years in progressive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Warner Bros. and WarnerMedia, where I managed $76M budgets across 18 countries, led global digital transformations, and guided teams through corporate restructuring and rapid growth. I learned what it takes to scale operations, navigate complexity, and deliver results under pressure.

I loved the scale of the corporate world, but I was missing a greater sense of purpose. In 2018, I transitioned into social impact work with multiple organizations including Conscious Capitalism, Vital Voices Global Partnership, and Fair Trade USA. I learned firsthand what mission-driven leaders face: proving business viability, operating with limited resources, and sustaining momentum while doing urgent, values-driven work.

That led me to coaching—so I could help many leaders design systems, build businesses, and launch initiatives that create positive change.

I founded Courageous Results to support executives, founders, and changemakers who refuse to accept the status quo and are doing the courageous work of building something meaningful. I bring operational depth, strategic thinking, and accountability to our work together through executive coaching and, when appropriate, fractional executive leadership.
